RETURN POLICY - Fractal Flow Designs
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return period: Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
- Condition of items: Products may be returned if they are new or slightly used, and must be in resaleable condition. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process all returns.
